Our systems tie together the complex web of information, requirements and assumptions that go into decision making, linking decision inputs to each decision, and linking each decision to its ‘downstream’ results — business rules and policies, purchase orders, configuration requirements, hiring decisions, etc.

As those downstream results become part of lower-level or later decision making, RÜBX continues to connect the dots between decisions and outcomes, providing a traceable, historical picture of why things have been done a specific way, and enabling decision making that factors in organizational experience, past decisions and the requirements that drove them, as well as changing business and external requirements.

We do all this using a sophisticated database that captures organizational knowledge, identifies external requirements (such as contractual and regulatory requirements), lists internal requirements (business requirements), captures important organizational decisions (the decisions themselves, and the basis for each decision), and links all that to results and outcomes.

The database is driven by a range of purpose-built collection tools that make it easy to characterize requirements, capture decisions, and record related operating experience. Decision and change management wizards then leverage the database to provide executive support during decision making, configuration, process and procedure development, problem solving, and other knowledge-based activities.

All this comes together as an AI-based executive assistant, available to every level of decision making and knowledge work within your organization.
